Our Values
Inner Truth
Inside each of us there is a voice that is calm, simple and clear. That’s the voice of inner truth. That voice knows that you are whole in yourself and innately connected to Life. When that voice is muted, we lose our Self, our purpose and our joy.” The outside world has a lot to say about who we are, what we ‘should’ do, and how we ‘should’ look or feel. It thrives on disconnecting us from that voice. Everything we do at Space + Ritual is in service to connecting a woman with her inner truth, and supporting the process of honoring it. We create spaces and practice rituals to separate the external chatter from the only voice that KNOWS.
Cycles + Stages
Our planet spins, our moon orbits, we revolve around the sun, and within our bodies, every 28 days for around 4 decades, our inner world cycles. Seasons change, and so do we. We ebb and flow with Life. But this gets lost in our masculine, linear, forward-at-all-costs world, and most of us haven’t learned to live in our True Nature as women. We create spaces and practice rituals that work WITH the cycles in Life and within ourselves. We understand that cycles of change are portals for transformation. They are opportunities to change how we show up. We hold that transformation happens in stages, which we celebrate and integrate along our Life journeys.
Integration + Celebration
Integrating our experiences is a vital, but much overlooked, part of our wellbeing journey. Reflecting, digesting, releasing, grieving and celebrating all we do, what we learn and how we grow - within the context of our whole Life - is the process of integration. In integrating our experiences we deepen them; we RECEIVE them, and they expand us. When we hold space and practice rituals to integrate and celebrate, we actually feel satiated. We stop seeking and start feeling complete.
Sustainability
We recognize that many of us feel overwhelmed by our responsibilities in life. We offer ways to access spaces in your life and rituals you can practice with ease, honoring the resources you have available. Working with spaces you access, and rituals that feel approachable, you begin to feel lightness, strength and joy…right away. And these are the feelings that carry us through our journey and sustain us along the way.
Community + Collaboration
Women embody an infinite array of voices, sizes, colors, cultures, experiences, wisdom, abilities, ages, orientations, and much much more. The expression of the individual brings great value to the collective. We value a community rich in all forms of diversity because we believe that to be a portal to expansion, inspiration of expression, depth of connection and evolving wisdom. There is a world of wisdom and numerous pathways to wellbeing. When we collaborate, we gain access to fresh perspectives and new paths. Interweaving diverse voices, we create a powerful web of wisdom.
